RETURNS AND EXCHANGES THE LITTL


We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item(s) are returned in a saleable condition (showing no signs of damage or use) and with all original packaging. We cannot accept exchanges for earrings, belly-rings, hair-clips or our Flyaway Fix Serum. Additionally, custom or engraved jewellery is non-exchangeable.


To initiate an exchange, please use the link to our return portal below. Have your order number and email address ready; you can find your order number in your Order Confirmation email.

Please be aware that shipping costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items. Returned jewellery that arrives damaged due to improper care by the customer cannot be accepted.


Please note that complimentary gifts received through promotions are not eligible for exchange or return. If a gift selection is missed during checkout, we will do our best to choose one that complements your order.




REFUNDS


All of our pieces are hand-made in our studio, so time, skill and effort go into hand-crafting each piece which is why we unfortunately cannot accept refunds. 

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty, missing or incorrect item, we are happy to organise a correct replacement for you. Customers must be reach out within 7 days of receiving the item. 

Please keep note that all items will need to be returned to us before we can proceed with processing the refund.


STORAGE

Our gift box packaging is made using a glue that can cause a chemical reaction with your jewellery meaning your pieces can tarnish over time. These boxes are designed for packaging and gifting purposes only. 

We recommend storing your pieces individually in an air-tight storage container to ensure your pieces don't become scratched, tangled or tarnished. 

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE SWIMWEAR

Purchases made on the swimwear sale collection are final and non-refundable. No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be accepted. Products available in this sale are limited in quantity and will not be restocked once sold out. Sale discounts cannot be applied to past orders.


FAULTY ITEMS

For any quality issues, we are happy to replace the faulty product or refund your original payment method (within 7 days of delivery).
